Promotion Terms
General Rules
These Promotion Terms apply to all bonuses, bonus spins, prize wheel rewards and Ottawa Rewards benefits at Ottawa Casino. Every offer also has its own details in your account, which apply together with this page. In case of a conflict, the details of the specific offer take priority for that offer.
Promotions include Game of the Week, personal daily offers that last 24 hours, Slot Missions that give free spins, and a free daily prize wheel that opens after a deposit. Ottawa Rewards points can be converted to Tier Credits through our partner resort's program, used for hotels, restaurants and shows. Black, the highest tier, is offered by invitation only. There is no separate VIP program.
Bonuses are for entertainment. They are not cash and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. We can decline or withdraw an offer for a player where we have reason to believe these terms are not being followed.
Wagering
Wagering tells you how much you need to bet overall before winnings from an offer can be cashed out. It works like this:
- Bonus spins, cashback and prize wheel rewards carry 0x wagering, so winnings go straight to your balance.
- The 25 welcome bonus spins carry 0x wagering.
- Winnings from the 88 no deposit free spins carry 5x wagering.
Where wagering applies, it counts only stakes placed on the games listed in the offer details. Stakes on other games are not counted. Before opting in, you can see the eligible games in your account.
Maximum Conversion
After the 5x wagering is met, you can withdraw up to C$100 in winnings from the 88 no deposit free spins. Any balance above C$100 is removed at withdrawal. Where another offer carries a cap, it is stated in that offer's details.
Expiry
The welcome offer is available for 7 days after you register; once that period ends, it expires and cannot be added. Personal daily offers remain open for 24 hours. Each offer's details list any other time limits, and unused spins or rewards expire at the end of their period.
Who Can Take Part
Promotions are open to registered players aged 19 or over who have passed our identity and location checks and are in a Canadian region that permits online casino play under local law. The welcome offer and the no deposit spins are limited to one claim each per person.
Offers become visible to Ontario players after they sign up and log in. If you have self-excluded, or have placed your account on a cooling-off pause through our Safer Play tools, promotions stay closed to you until that period ends.
One Bonus at a Time
Only a single bonus may be active at once. You can claim another after the current one is completed, used, forfeited or expired.
Opting In
A bonus is added only when you choose it. To take part, pick the offer in your account, under Promotions or at the deposit step before making the qualifying deposit. An offer cannot be attached afterwards to a deposit made without opting in. You are always free to decline an offer.
Bonus Abuse and Voiding
Every promotion, 0x wagering rewards included, falls under the rules on irregular play. Irregular play covers:
- registering multiple accounts to take the same offer more than once
- low risk betting patterns built only to clear an offer, such as covering both outcomes
- using bots or third party software
- working with other players to transfer or share bonus value
- depositing with someone else's payment method
When irregular play is detected, we can remove a bonus and everything won with it, return your balance to its real money amount and exclude you from future promotions. Serious cases may result in the account being closed under our Terms of Service.
Maximum Bet
Any stake cap that applies during a bonus is set out in that offer's details and shown to you before you opt in. Stakes above the cap can lead to winnings from the bonus being voided. Splitting play to get round a cap counts as irregular play.
Welcome Offer
New players at Ottawa Casino get 100% up to C$300 plus 25 bonus spins on their first deposit, with a minimum deposit of C$20.
- 100% match on your first deposit up to C$300
- 25 bonus spins included
- Minimum deposit C$20
- Activate within 7 days of registration
- 0x wagering on free spins and prize wheel rewards, irregular play policy applies
Registration also gives you 88 free spins without a deposit. Winnings from them have 5x wagering, and you can withdraw at most C$100 of them.
Changes
Promotions can be changed or ended, and these Promotion Terms revised, whenever our offers change or the law requires it. Once you opt in to a bonus, it is governed by the terms valid on its claim date, except where a legal requirement or irregular play makes a change necessary.
